Absolutely phenomenal location, views, room, and staff!

The location was phenomenal. There is an absolutely beautiful balcony view of the whole town and everything was very walkable. It’s very close to the town center and there are amazing restaurants that were recommended by staff. Has Cave Konak is antique with classic cave rooms. We had a deluxe room which was very beautiful, unique, and spacious. Has Cave Konak also connects you with many tours and we did the hot air balloon ride last minute with them and it was very organized and an amazing experience. A special thanks to staff member Yusuf for making our stay amazing. His English was great and it was very easy to communicate with him. He was welcoming and extremely helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed something he would get it done. Birsen, the cook, was amazing as well. Breakfast was delicious and she was very caring. Thank you to all the other staff members as well. We had an amazing stay! You guys made us feel at home, especially Yusuf and Birsen.

− We stayed only for two days so I’m not sure if this would be any different for a longer stay, but our room was not cleaned during our stay. This is the only area that could be improved, otherwise we were very pleased.

Για κάποιον που επισκέπτεται την Καππαδοκία το Ürgüp είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή. Επίσης αξίζει να ζήσει την εμπειρία του υποσκαφου, εμπειρία που η σουίτα του Has Konak κάλυψε με το παραπάνω. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου δύο βήματα από το κεντρο, η αίσθηση που δημιουργούσε ο χώρος της υποσκαφης σουίτας σε συνδυασμό με τα καλογουστα μασίφ έπιπλα, τα επιπλα, τα άνετα κρεβατια, τα ωραία χειροποίητα χαλιά, το ευγενεστατο προσωπικό και το πολύ καλό πρωινό έκαναν τη διαμονή μας απολαυστική. Σας ευχαριστουμε!

Sadik was swift in his support to help me fix a problem I was having with my credit card company. Mehmet ensured that the rest of my stay was comfortable by upgrading my room and routinely checking in to confirm that my needs were being met.

− The cigarette smoke in common areas. At the end of my stay, I was surprised by a 1500TL charge from the restaurant that I had never been to. Mehmet resolved the error and was apologetic.

歴史あるこのホテルに宿泊できたことはとても満足です。スタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切でした。困った時、それ以外でもいつも気にかけてくれました。夜遅くに到着しましたが男性スタッフが通りまで出迎えてくれ荷物を運んでくれました。滞在中は女性スタッフがいつもアドバイスをしてくれたのがとても嬉しかったです。それだけでも十分満足でしたがこのホテルの良い点はそれだけてはありません。食事が美味しい。オーダーするとその場で調理してくれました。温かい出来立てのトルコ料理はとてもよい思い出です。周辺は静かで少し歩くとレストランやお土産屋が沢山あります。ギョレメでは味わうことはできません！ またここに帰ってきたいです。
