Ons verblijf was fantastisch dankzij de uitstekende service, het heerlijke eten van chef Mohammed Salah en het toegewijd

Wat ons het meest beviel aan de accommodatie waren de mooie, ruime kamers en de vele waterattracties voor zowel volwassenen als kinderen. Ook het privéstrand was prachtig en goed onderhouden. Daarnaast willen we graag de geweldige medewerkers in het zonnetje zetten. In het bijzonder chef-kok Mohammed Ramadan. Zijn gerechten waren heerlijk, vooral zijn feteer, en hij was altijd vriendelijk, gastvrij en ontzettend verwelkomend. Ook willen we Mahmoud Housny hartelijk bedanken. Hij was enorm behulpzaam, luisterde goed naar de gasten en toonde veel begrip voor de situatie van mijn oma, die niet naar het restaurant kon lopen. Dankzij hem werd haar eten steeds naar de kamer gebracht, wat we enorm hebben gewaardeerd. Verder willen we Reda Sh7eta bedanken voor de geweldige sfeer die hij creëerde. Hij was altijd vrolijk, grappig en wist met zijn leuke trucjes en humor het hele gezin te vermaken. Tot slot willen we al het personeel bedanken. Iedereen was netjes in de omgang, vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zorgde ervoor dat we ons echt welkom voelden. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het is absoluut een plek waar we graag nog eens terugkomen. Zeker een aanrader en voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

− Wel willen we ook enkele minpunten benoemen. Helaas werkte de telefoon op onze kamer niet en was het toilet kapot. We moeten er wel bij zeggen dat we hier zelf niet echt achteraan zijn gegaan om dit te laten oplossen.

− Ice latte, belirli kokteyller, paket dondurma vb içeceklerin extra ücret ile satılması hoş değil. Zaten her şey dahil sistemiyle ilerleyen bir hotel için sürekli bir yerden para koparmaya çalışıyor algısı yaratıyor. Kesinlikle diğer oteller gibi, sharma el sheik gibi her şey dahil denildiğinde gerçekten her şey dahil olmalı, yiyecek-içeceklerden extra ücretler çıkarılmamalı. Müşteri her daim memnun edilmeli ki bir daha gelsin.

Naše dovolená v Palma de Mirette Resort v Hurghadě předčila všechna naše očekávání. Od prvního dne až do odjezdu bylo všechno naprosto skvělé. Hotel byl krásně čistý, pokoje i společné prostory byly perfektně udržované a všude panovala příjemná atmosféra. Jídlo bylo výborné, vždy byl velký výběr a všechno bylo čerstvé a chutné. Největší pochvalu si ale zaslouží celý personál. Všichni byli neuvěřitelně milí, usměvaví, ochotní a vždy se snažili, aby byl náš pobyt co nejpříjemnější. Obrovské poděkování patří především číšníkovi Redovi, který se o nás staral po celou dobu pobytu. Byl profesionální, přátelský a každý den nám dokonce držel rezervovaný stůl, díky čemuž jsme se cítili opravdu výjimečně. Takový přístup se jen tak nevidí. Z celého pobytu jsme naprosto nadšení a odvážíme si jen ty nejkrásnější vzpomínky. Moc děkujeme celému týmu hotelu za jejich péči a vstřícnost. Rozhodně se sem rádi vrátíme a hotel můžeme s čistým svědomím doporučit všem, kteří hledají pohodovou dovolenou s vynikajícími službami.
