Uncomfortable beds. No heat. No glasses in the room. TV streaming only. Couldn’t get local stations. Couldn’t get Major League Baseball games. Had to ask for blankets.

Showed up to check in and properly looked run down. Lobby was cluttered. Went to check in and no room available even though we had booked weeks in advance.
