8.0Located in a very good spot. Downtown Cancun (benito juarez) in walking distance to everything. Parque las palapas and Mercado 28 delicious restaurants everywhere. Awesome pool with enough depth and very friendly staff. Questions that I had they answered.
− Breakfast could be upgraded and mattresses could be a bit softer. A fridge in the rooms would be awesome.

7.0La ubicación es muy buena, fue muy sencillo el proceso de entrada. la ubicación céntrica de fácil acceso a cualquier parte. Cerca de restaurantes, parques y servicios de transporte. De fácil acceso. ¿Ya mencioné la ubicación? muy buena!!!!
− Creo que podrían mejorar un poco en cuanto la estética de las habitaciones. Se ven un tanto viejas lo cual hace parecer que estén sucias, lo cual no están, pero la estética de la habitación, así como las instalaciones eléctricas que por lo mismo que son viejas y faltas de mantenimiento fallan un poco. Teniendo una ubicación privilegiada en el centro de Cancún creo que podrían invertirle un poco en modernizar las instalaciones.
