7.0The apartment was easy to find and the self check in seamless. This area is excellent for access to train and tram services. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants close by. The apartment was comfortable with plenty of windows and reasonable space. Good bathroom.
− The kitchen lacked basic utensils and a microwave. The bed was hard and the pillows terrible.

Basic is an overstatement - luxury it is not
3.0Nice area, close to the train station. The accommodation is clean and equipped with the bare basics. Armed security forces on the streets everywhere because of the nearby Synagogue. Made us feel like the area isn't save.
− Keys were at a different property accessible through a machine after a card payment. This allowed sift access to key cards but was extremely impersonal. Also an email warned us that keys wouldn't be provided by the machine after 8pm, so if we get delayed there would be nobody to contact to get into the flat. Very bad experience that wasn't communicated in advance. We booked for two adults and a child, but had only a bad for two. Contacting the host was difficult on the booking.com app. They responded they would provide the third bed but only did on the last day.

There is a check-in machine at Weststrasse 146, where you have to provide your booking number, your passport or ID number, and a credit or debit card for payment. After the registration and the payment, you will receive your room key.
