4.0Nice hot shower, clean sheets, good size room, good parking.
− Wifi didn’t work and reception not available to troubleshoot Felt run down - blanket looked dirty and dirt in cupboards and drawers. Lamp didn’t work. Heating control display hard to see.
Not fancy but spotlessly clean, staff excellent and brilliant location. Highly recommend.
9.0Location and convenience
− four light gloves were blown which impacted on vision
Generally the room was satisfactory - the bed was clean and comfortable.
7.0We didn't have breakfast
− There were no drinking glasses in the room or fridge. Also, no hand towel. One of the bedside lamps didn't work - globe was probably blown.
It served our purpose.
6.0Guest laundry was an unexpected bonus. Rooms were large, quiet and the aircon/heating worked. The outdoor table and chair was worth sitting at, but it all needs to be cleaned up.
− The shower head needs work. There was rubbish under the bed. Two sets of plates and cutlery and a microwave would have improved our stay considerably - it's really a motel rather than a hotel and should have the facilities to match.
