− Falta mantenimiento básico como pintura en paredes inteior y exterior, se ve sucio o mal pintado en muchas zonas,llavar cortinas estan sucias, cambiar almohadas ya estan muy viejas y deformes, mas enchufes solo contaba con un duplex para toda la habitación, las habitaciones no se ven como en las fotos.
