− Shower was a bit old/outdated/not fully functional. Toilet didn't flush properly and we had to call the manager to fix it.

7.0Such a wonderful ambiance, with it's own Temple at the bottom of well manicured gardens! Beautiful pool, gorgeous lighting! Traditional Bagan puppets hanging throughout the gardens, lovely friendly staff...Beds comfortable,
− Bathrooms are basic, outdated, smell from drains. Breakfast time finished a bit early. Coffee making facilities basic, however, when requested bigger cups, staff helpful.

− The bedrooms were dirty. Unclean bedding, Bathroom more like you would find at a cheap hostel

− Rooms were dirty, hot water not working, alongside various other broken things in room including the kettle. Manager had to be persuaded to put the generator on during power cuts. My friends were asked to move rooms.
