Location was awesome and staff was great.

− Breakfast was significantly lacking, beds made a lot of noise just to get in and out of it, bathroom fan was very loud

A very comfortable stay walking distance from dining and shopping opportunities.

The desk clerk was very helpful in increasing the coolness of our refrigerator and in continuing to ask us if we needed anything else to make our stay comfortable. She also provided us with interesting information about the town and options for walking along the river.

− A light by the table would have been nice. Everything else was wonderful.

If we ever go back to Fairplay, we will stay at Rverside Inn again.

Location was great. Alicia was very friendly. Smoke alarm started chirping and she fixed it right away.

− Breakfast didn't have a very good variety of things to eat. Ice machine was down the time we were there.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Facilities were clean. Beds were comfortable

− A little run down for the price you are paying. The soda machines were finicky. They had to give us a refund because it ate my money and the other one wasn’t working at all.
