8.0Excellent location, everything is between 5 and 10 minutes walk. The train station, supermarket, restaurant, shops, seemed extraordinary to us!
− The digital key is very practical, but when you go out to know the use of the phone, it downloads the battery and is waiting to be able to enter again is desperate! It would be excellent if the bed did not separate, sleeping as a couple is difficult at that point.
Wonderful stay.

8.0Fijn dat er een plek was om onze fietsen te stallen en dat ons verblijf op een goede plek is.
− De slaapbank was voor 1 volwassene prima, maar voor 2 zou er een andere slaapbank moeten komen.

7.0Great position in relation to the train station and central Den Haag. Communication with owner was good and punctual. Secure access with easy instructions for electronic entry. It was nice to have a coffee machine and a wash machine/dryer and good functioning hair dryer. Cooking facilities were adequate and there was plenty of cutlery, utensils and dining pieces. Dining table and couch were good. The large outdoor area available for tenants only had a lovely tree and many sitting areas. It was good to see safety was a priority with fire extinguishers and first aide kits readily available. The appartment was quiet with no street noise.
− Unfortunately it was very hot in The Haag and there was no air-conditioning but fortunately a good fan was provided. The room is looking and feeling tired. The flooring needs redoing as it is quite deteriorated. The buildings common area and our patio had weeds and cigarette butts. Both need a good clean up. And there are cob webs in the appartment. There is maintenance required. The single beds are very narrow and for a large adult difficult to sleep in. The TV had no cable channels available which was disappointing. The shower also requires maintenance. Despite all this our stay was doable.
Online Check-in Required: Before arrival, guests must complete the online check-in process. They will be asked for credit card information during this process. The information will be used to settle outstanding taxes and services if applicable. We no longer work with physical keys. Our guests can expect their digital keys by 3:00 PM on the day of check-in once the apartment is ready and online check-in fulfilled. To send you the digital keys, we need your correct email address and phone number. Please send us the right contact details as soon as possible. Check-in is at Boomsluiterskade 339, 2511VH, The Hague. Check-ins are contactless, meaning that there will be no reception or person to welcome the guests at the property. We encourage guests to ensure their mobile devices have enough battery and internet access to open the front door and apartment door with the digital keys.
We will be available until 6:00 PM to assist guests with practical matters and questions around their apartment and check-in.
Practical Information: Inside the apartment, our guests will find a blue book with the Stayci logo on the dining table. This book contains the Wi-Fi password, apartment details, and emergency contact numbers. We are available via email and phone for any questions.
