Located in the popular Minimes district, we offer accommodation in a warm and secure environment. With easy access to all amenities: ONLY a 2-minute walk away, you'll find a bus stop (illico lines 03 and 04, which will take you to La Rochelle's historic city centre, as well as the beaches), a carrefour city open until 10pm and on Sunday mornings, a pharmacy, as well as a cinema and restaurants for your relaxing evenings.
What's more, you can walk to the Vieux Port in just 15 minutes. Nestled in a quiet area, our residence offers the perfect balance between proximity to amenities and tranquillity.
The train station is a 10-minute walk away and La Rochelle airport is a 15-minute bus ride away. You can also explore the Ile de Ré by taking the bridge 15 minutes away.
