− Esta sucio todo la piscina verde el agua
It was quiet and okay….

− They gave one towel and one wash cloth when I brought back the towel they charged me $10 because I used one towel for my whole stay and when I returned the towel it was kind of dirty due to being used for 4 days….

− The rooms are dirty, and there are cockroaches. This is unacceptable, and I would like this issue to be resolved immediately.
