Good location, small room size but expected Good powered fan keeping the room cool Has basic amenities - kettle, tea and coffee, hairdryer, iron, and even slippers! Staff generally kind and easy to communicate with

− Fan super dusty, blows dust onto bed 24/7 Bedsheets and covers stained Sink faucet needs repairing, shower head keeps dripping contributing to noise and humidity Steep stairs leading to basement (whilst carrying luggage and trying to hold the door open) is dangerous if not able-bodied

L'hotel si trova in una buonissima posizione, pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro e dalle fermate del bus. Vicino si trovano tutti i servizi necessari. Pur essendo molto piccola la camera era accogliente con sanitari nuovi. Lo staff é sempre disponibile. Il check-in viene fatto nell'hotel accanto e c'è la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio dopo aver fatto il check-out. Dental kit e ciabatte all'arrivo. La nostra stanza era al piano -1, ma comunque luminosa e con una delle due finestre apribile.

− Si sentiva molto il rumore che compariva a tratti di un impianto di riscaldamento/acqua. Non presente armadio né frigobar.

Great location but rooms let it down,

Location was the only real plus to this hotel as we were attending BST at Hyde Park. The towels and bed sheets were also clean.

− On arrival on probably one of the hottest days the fan in the room didnt work and we had to prop the window open with a coat hanger as it would not stay open. The toilet seat was not fixed on one side therefore moved when you sat on it. The shower head leaked from every point possible so you had to hold the shower head instead of having it above you. When we advised reception of the faulty fan we were given another one which also did not work. My husband who is an electrician noticed that the fuse had gone in the board outside our room so we had no power to the sockets, after switching the fuse back we were ok, but these things should not be left to guests.
