Metro Studio Apartment in Kipsbay♡

Very disappointed-did not enjoy our apartment stay

We had an early arrival/late departure & needed to store our luggage.We were told we could leave our luggage in the office.On arrival we actually stored our luggage in the apartment.The apartment is two stories with no elevator.The keys were temperamental & had to be worked with to get the security door to open.The stair well was very dirty.The apartment appeared clean but was not.The floors felt like they were rotted under the wood.The shower curtain was dirty.The stocked shampoo was large bottles to share with prior & future guest.There was only one roll of toilet paper.There were not any wash clothes.The bed was very firm.There was a large water stain on ceiling with peeling paint.The TV remote did not work.The TV was digital antenna.On check-out day we had our luggage packed and placed where we did on arrival by check-out time.We find that their actual office is blocks away.We decided to cut our time short & go straight for the airport so we did not have to deal with our luggage again.We had purchased expensive specialty cupcakes intending to bring them home.Once we arrived at the airport we found the cupcakes totally messed up & one missing.We DID NOT enjoy our apartment stay.

L'alloggio non è assolutamente segnalato, per cui siamo arrivati davanti all'indirizzo e non c'era nessuno ad aspettarci nè modo di risalire ai locatari. Dopo varie telefonate e un'attesa di mezz'ora è arrivato un ragazzo con le chiavi e degli asciugamani sotto il braccio (!) e ci ha fatto salire in quello che era l'appartamento. Terzo piano senza ascensore, carino ma assolutamente non pulito e la cucina inutilizzabile per via dell'igiene. Avevamo bisogno di lasciare i bagagli in deposito ma non è stato possibile, il personale non ci è stato per nulla di aiuto a volte anche non rispondendo al telefono.

The original location I booked online was unavailable due to fumigation. I was offered to stay at their other location 5 blocks away. Upon arriving, this location was nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com. Very old building in worn condition (both in the hallways as well as in the room). There were no toiletries provided. Not a huge deal to go out and buy them nearby, but toiletries were offered on the hotels.com website. Also, there was no internet (which was also offered on hotels.com). I reached out to the manager about those two items and never heard back from him. It was simply not what was promoted and I would not stay again.

Nos fue muy bien, muy buena ubicación en una zona muy linda de New York, el lugar muy tranquilo y todo en perfectas condiciones.En la zona hay muy lindos bares y lugares para comer y esta cerca del metro.
