L'accueil, la proximité des pistes de ski.

− La résidence très prisée par les étudiants étrangers. Située juste en face d'un bar et d'une boîte de nuit : nuisances sonores, dégradation des équipements, saleté des espaces communs (portes, local à ski, escaliers ...). Certains équipements mériteraient d'être renouvellés (Etageres de frigo cassées, appliques murales HS...)

De petits défauts sans importance, mais très vite pris en charge par un personnel attentif et au top pour trouver es solutions immédiates aux questions.

− Les locaux et équipements ont besoin de rafraîchissements. Le personnel est à l'œuvre,mais la tâche est importante.
