Os quartos são limpos, a comida é muito boa e a localização é boa, uma vez que fica próximo à São Paulo
− Fomos no Carnaval e estava bem lotado. As pessoas colocavam toalhas nas cadeiras da piscina para guardar o lugar e quem chega um pouco mais tarde tem dificuldade de se acomodar. Outro ponto é que fui com minha filha, também adulta, e o local é ideal para família com crianças.

Funcionários educados, monitores para recreação das crianças divertidos. Comida boa e caprichada. Porém, ficamos um pouco decepcionados com o tamanho e a estrutura considerando o nome "resort".

O hotel oferece um excelente custo/benefício. A limpeza é notável, estrutura bem cuidada, no atendimento são muito cordiais, alimentação com muita variedade e sabor. Vale a pena.
