Great location and really good breakfast
9.0Front desk and valet staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel are big and clean. Location is super.
− I had booked bed and breakfast. When I arrived for breakfast I told staff my room number (I wasnt asked for it) and was asked to take a seat. When I was finishing up, I was handed a bill. I explained booking included breakfast and showed them my booking on the app. I was told that reception should have given me a breakfast voucher on arrival, so they advised me to return to reception to collect voucher. My back was up immediately. I told them it is the hotels problem. Not mine. If they want a voucher they can go to reception to get it. There was a bit of a stand-off for a few minutes and they backed down and went to reception to sort. Again, another example of bad training and a lack of sense. BTW, the food was the best breakfast on our roadtrip.
