Trotz schöner Lage eine absolute Reisewarnung von meiner Seite – insbesondere wegen der intransparenten Zusatzkosten und
1.0Die Lage am Millstätter See ist sehr schön und bietet einen guten Ausblick. Die Umgebung ist grundsätzlich attraktiv.
− Leider überwiegen die negativen Erfahrungen deutlich. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist teilweise deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders problematisch war jedoch der Umgang des Hotelbesitzers mit Gästen. Nach meinem Aufenthalt wurde ein zusätzlicher Betrag für eine Halbpension verlangt, der aus meiner Sicht weder klar vereinbart noch transparent kommuniziert wurde. Als ich dies hinterfragte, reagierte der Hotelbesitzer äußerst unfreundlich und drohte sogar mit der Polizei, falls ich den Betrag nicht sofort bezahlen würde. Ein derartiges Verhalten gegenüber Gästen empfinde ich als absolut unseriös und unprofessionell.
