1.0I got charged 2ce! Plus..the initial charge doesnt even match my receipt ! contacted booking.com twice..they said they would contact the hotel..but nothing!

− The staff there lies. I asked them if they had roaches in their hotel rooms. They lied about it. There were roaches crawling everywhere in the room. It was disgusting. Room118 was infested with roaches. We couldn't stay there. They need to refund me my FULL refund immediately
