10.0We had such a wonderful family stay at Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park, and it was truly a hit with my children! The hotel offers so much for families, and my children absolutely loved the slides, pools and activities. The everyday entertainment kept them busy and excited, and there was always something happening. Seeing how much fun they had was one of the highlights of our stay. I would especially like to recognise Mohamed, who took care of our room during our stay. He was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, always ensuring that our room was clean, comfortable and well looked after. He made sure we always had enough water and refreshments, and his consistency and kindness did not go unnoticed. Having someone who takes such pride in ensuring that guests are comfortable makes such a difference. I would also like to thank Amira and Aya from the spa, who took wonderful care of my mother and me. They were warm, professional and attentive, and made our spa experience so relaxing and enjoyable. It was lovely to have that special time together during our holiday. Overall, Pickalbatros was a fantastic choice for our family. The combination of the activities, slides, entertainment, facilities and wonderful staff made our stay memorable. Most importantly, the children had an amazing time. A special thank you to Mohamed, Amira and Aya for your kindness and care. You each contributed to making our family holiday even more special.
