10.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Wonderful Family Holiday! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Neverland Aqua Park Hurghada. Our children had so much fun, especially with the children’s entertainment and activities. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice for the children, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our apartment was lovely, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Mostafa Mahros. He was extremely friendly, helpful and, most importantly, very honest. He took great care of us and always made sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and honesty really stood out, and he truly deserves special recognition. ❤️ The only small area for improvement would be the gluten-free food options. There were some gluten-free choices available, such as cakes, but we found the options quite limited at breakfast, lunch and dinner, especially when it came to gluten-free bread and other suitable choices. Providing a wider variety of gluten-free meals and bread throughout the day would be very helpful for guests with dietary requirements. Apart from that, everything was wonderful. Our whole family was 100% satisfied, and we would definitely come back again! Thank you to the entire Neverland team for making our family holiday so memorable.
