I love the friendliness of the staff. Very attentive.

− I didnt like that the dresser was broken and unusable. The shower was worn out but still usable.

WORST EXPERIENCE ON VACATION AND WITH BOOKING NEVER AGAIN

Nothing at all

− EVERYTHING!!! when I first arrived there the guy at the reception didn’t even speak English. He had to call someone on the phone to talk to me to check me in then when I got into the room, the lights did not work in the first room. The bathtub was dirty with black on the bottom the window was busted out in the bathroom. There was rust on the lights and in the drawers the toilet did not flush. I went back up to the reception to ask for a refund they got the manager on the phone and he was very rude to me and to the booking Staff he would not check his email to give me the refund and it’s been four days later and I still haven’t got a refund we didn’t stay there but 15 minutes long enough to check the room out. We booked to stay for four days and we didn’t stay there at all and they’re not giving me my money back this place was disgusting they didn’t care at all they I had 6 children with me and the fact that I am pregnant as well we was four hours away from home and it was pouring down rain at night trying to find another hotel to stay at thankful I had some money in savings to get another room or we would have been stranded this was the worst experience I have ever had on a vacation I will never use booking again because they didn’t care enough about their customers to protect me and my money from this scam just horrible

The area was good

− The cardboard in the window with a towel screwed into the wimdow frame room is is straight trash sorry but i had to say it the tub part of the shower was black with some kind of stain i wantes to bath but had to shower instead the shower handle for cold water fell off had to just place it back on

L accueil poli et correct mais sans sourire !

− - Rapport qualité prix, pas du tout en adéquation, chambre beaucoup trop chère par rapport aux services proposés - pas de cafetière ni bouilloire - micro-ondes impossible à ouvrir (touche d ouverture cassée) - mobilier usagé - chambre mal éclairée, les abat-jours des lampes déchirés et pieds de lampes rouillés, chambre sombre, pas de plafonnier - linge de toilette gris et tâché - mauvaise insonorisation - hôtel très vieux et non entretenu - Murs décrépis, la peinture des murs et plafonds à refaire - notre voisin de chambre a passé sa nuit à tousser et cracher, impossible de dormir !!
