6.0La piscina siempre estuvo limpia. La amabilidad de las señoras de limpieza y del personal de recepción.
− Tuve problemas en la habitación que tenía destinada para mi alojamiento, amablemente me cambiaron de habitación. Primero me propusieron una más a tras y amplia, pero estaba invadida de mosquitos. La segunda opción y en la cual me quede, porque me informaron que ya era imposible regresar a la primera habitación, estaba en el segundo piso. Una demasiado ruidosa, donde hasta el personal que entregaba habitaciones a las 11 pm no tomaba en consideración el que había otros huéspedes, ya descansando. Hablando en un tono de voz muy alto y desconsiderado para el resto de los huéspedes. Otra cosa a mencionar es que no había personal que hiciera respetar las reglas establecidas para algunos clientes en el uso de la piscina (horario de cierre de piscina, clavados de niños y adultos, así como también el uso de música en la piscina a niveles muy altos). Por último, modificar por favor el cartel que tienen en la entrada del restaurante, el cual según los de recepción, ya lleva meses funcionando así y sin cambios actualizados de los horarios en cuanto a la apertura y cierre. Y ese descanso de la 1pm a 2h10 pm.
