Great pool, smelly hotel

− This place smells terrible. Our room smells strongly of moldy/damp towels. The entryway smelled of rotting food. Cleanliness is lacking.
Nice hotel with great pool for cooling off after a day of exploring.

Housekeeping was a nightmare

− 1: There is a basketball court next to the pool. We asked the front desk to check out a ball but were told it was flat. 2: After being there four days, housekeeping hadn't come to my room yet. I had to ask the front desk to send someone because our trash can was full and we needed more toilet paper. 3: The temperature in the gym was set to 80. 4: The mini fridge froze everything 5: The chain to raise/lower the shade on the window was broken 6: The morning of checkout (which is at 11am), housekeeping (a male) opened my door without knocking at 10am. I was sitting on the toilet with the door open, and then he said, "oh, excuse me" and left
