Only there for one night , but it served its purpose
5.0Didn’t really eat breakfast, wasn’t feeling the best. Single room was small, but needed a couple of hooks for hanging things..
− Shared bathroom was very small and again no hooks for hanging towel, clothes etc . Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the street (not hotels fault) so didn’t sleep well
AVIOD AT WHATEVER COST
1.0Honestly, nothing. Location is central but the noisiest street. Had to leave and Travelodge around the corner was so quiet.
− Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Firstly I couldn’t even stay the second night after discovering this foul smell was due to the mattress covered in dried urine! I felt so sick. Only a thin sheet to cover it. Zero apology or accountability to why on earth they are using this mattress let alone charging guest so much. They’re ripping people off for their own benefit. Mentioned I need to be up 5am in check in and put in a room across from the pub did not sleep more than a few hours. I asked about a refund to book elsewhere this was denied so forced to stay. Told to hand the keys to be refunded my second night. Yet to see if this is honoured. Upon calling the owner he stated “leave then” super rude and no apologies as they know exactly what they’re doing. Scamming people. Shower had zero pressure and leaked. Rubbish found in room not cleaned. Forced to pay more money just to sleep on a clean bed. Should have booked with travelodge to begin with slightly more but sound proof rooms super comfy double bed and clean!
Please note reception is located on the first floor and some rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and are only accessible by stairs.
