1.0Io non ho alloggiato in questo albergo, ho prenotato per i miei amici arrivati in Italia per la prima volta. mi è piaciuta solo la posizione ma per quanto riguarda la pulizia non lo so.
− L'accoglienza è molto importante e io non l'ho ne percepita ne sentita ne vista, inoltre, non cera una comunicazione vera e propria che poteva dare le indicazioni giuste che siano quelle su come raggiungere la struttura che su come usufruire dei servizi offerti dalla stessa azienda ma non sono comunque garantiti, oltre alla mancanza di collaborazione tra colleghi. Non è più presente la creatività, il dare la possibilità ai ragazzi giovani di crescere nel proprio ruolo valutando le situazioni e gestirle nel miglior modo possibile e con professionalità. Questa è la mia valutazione generica ma sicuramente dietro a questa struttura ci sono delle persone che lavorano e che ci mettono il cuore per vedere un ospite sorridere.
