Excellent service and lovely location.

Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. Our room was quiet and parking was ample. Beach is nearby and there is a convenience store across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

− Getting to our room involved stairs, getting to the beach involved a steep slope. The property is a little dated with carpet rather than wood floors but all in all we liked it.

Beautiful ocean view with a beautiful trees and short walk to the beach , loved the very comfortable bed and rain shower and short drive to downtown Laguna.

Quiet beach motel in Laguna Beach.

CBI is located toward the north end of Laguna Beach at the northern end of the free trolley. The highlight for us was the three minute walk to the Crescent Bay Beach. While not private, it was much less busy than other public beaches. CBI is close to a couple restaurants but the bulk of dining and entertainment are further south. Sal is a very helpful front desk person.

− CBI is an older property that has been adequately maintained. Parking is tight but free. Streetside rooms will be exposed to the Pacific Coast highway traffic noice feathering some fairly aggressive auto noice from time to time. Oceanside rooms are much quieter.
