Much room for improvement
4.0The staff was efficient and friendly and the location is excellent.
− The price of the room had me expecting something a little bit better than a motel 6 circa 1993. No offense to motel 6. But you know what you’re getting when you book at a certain price point. The mattress and linens were pretty bad, but the pillows were almost comically bad. There was a tremendous amount of noise and activity until about 3am; people running up and down the stairs and slamming doors and talking loudly. Truly not what I expected from Ptown for almost 400$ for one night.

10.0It was beautiful and clean. The front desk staff were very kind. I loved the gluten free option for breakfast and ofcourse the beach was delightful 😊.
− You can definitely hear above you in the rooms. People walking, kids jumping.

6.0The location is lovely, the staff friendly and good parking. I love the Beekman soap products.
− The stairs to climb to the room were very dangerous and steep. I have small feet and my feet barely fit on the thread. Yes, they noted you'd have to climb stairs, but the stairs themselves are awful and dangerous. We put out our sign to have our room cleaned but no one did it. And we almost ran out of towels.

− It seems like they are trying to update some areas, but they have a way to go. Our room wasn’t the cleanest. HDMI cable was broken for the tv.
