Amazing customer service!
10.0Love this hotel!!!!! I stayed over the weekend. Rooms are nice but what made our stay even better was the amazing customer service!!!!!! There were a group of kiddos running around like crazy and I had a small experience with one of their moms. The front desk rebecka handled it swiftly and assured us if we had anymore issues that it would be taken care of. We felt taken care of and heard. That to me is one of the most important things at a hotel. Other than the little rascals I can’t complain. Bartender Eddie was really nice. My friend sat there and had a couple drinks and we had a nice conversation with him. Food is excellent!!!!! We WILL be staying here again when we come back down.
