毎年富士ヒルの時に宿泊してます。会場まで近くて駐車場もレース終わりの帰宅時間まで使わせて頂ける特典とかホテルの方のご厚意で自転車も室内に一緒に入れるので、朝バタバタしなくて落ち着いて出発できる利便性が気に入ってます。スタッフの方々の対応も良く気持ち良く挨拶して頂ける明るい感じも気に入ってます。

− 今年はユニットバス・トイレに髪の毛が落ちていたことが残念でした。棚の上・便器床・浴槽内の3ヵ所にありちょっと残念でした。

This place was amazing, not only were they very welcoming, they had a bunch of activities and necessities too get you around to the places needed with there on property transportation, the sights were absolutely amazing from the dining hall, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, the rooms were beyond comfortable!

− 金額がお盆なので高いのは仕方ない。施設は汚い、夕食も温めたものばかりでてきてる。おまけに部屋のお風呂が壊れてた。けど部屋のお風呂を使わなきゃのプラン。仕方ない。大浴場を使わせてくれるかと思ったけどそんな事ない。部屋には扇風機のみ。暑いです。

The property provides a free shuttle between Kawaguchiko Station, Fuji-Q Highland Highway bus stop and the property. Please note, guests must make a reservation to use the free shuttle. Reservations are accepted from 1 day prior to guest's check-in date. Please call the property directly at least 30 minutes in advance to make a reservation.

The shuttle departs the property every hour between 08:30-12:30 and 14:00-19:00.

The shuttle departs Kawaguchiko Station every hour between 08:45-12:45 and 14:20-19:20.

The shuttle departs Fuji-Q Highland Highway bus stop every hour between 08:55-12:55 and 14:10-19:10.

You must check in by 17:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests arriving after this time must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
