6.0La ubicación.
− El hotel forma parte de un camping con el que comparte instalaciones y por las noches era muy ruidoso, con niños gritando a altas horas de la noche sin que nadie los controlara. Además, la cafetería de la piscina era realmente mala y muy cara para lo que ofrecía. Desayunamos una vez y fue suficiente, pan de molde insípido y queso en lonchas cutre a precios desorbitados. Es mucho mejor ir a otro sitio a desayunar.

8.0El trato y atención del personal, además de la limpieza de las instalaciones.
− No funcionaba el aire acondicionado cuando estaba incluido en el precio, pregunte y me dijeron que estaba averiado y que habían avisado al técnico, entiendo que son cosas que pueden pasar, pero que en las 5 noches no se haya solucionado no me parece normal, el calor era insoportable.

− La distancia a la playa está a más de 1:5km y para personas con movilidad reducida como yo no había sitio para aparcar cerca de la playa . Me refiero a la pla ya que estaba más cerca
Hotel muy cómodo para familias
9.0Me gustaron las instalaciones, como la piscina y el bar, la zona para jugar.... muy cómodo para ir con niños. La habitación familiar es amplia y cómoda para cuatro. El desayuno muy rico.
− Los balcones de la habitación necesitan un poco de limpieza. Tienen bastantes telarañas. El aire acondicionado de la habitación es muy flojito y enfría poco.

− Sólo como comentario y no como crítica, el aparcamiento podría tener algo más de iluminación.
