First time visit at the Grand Tasman Hotel

We liked the complimentary drink and 20% meal discount cards. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent service and food was fresh and delicious.

− The mini fridge tilted on the base of the cupboard and somehow knocked the plug slightly and the fridge had no power. The bathroom door was a bit narrow and difficult to open and close.

The staff where friendly The meals were excellent loved the shower had great pressure and the bed was so comfortable would definitely stay again

− The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. A toenail clipping was on the floor from previous guest. The edges of the carpet weren’t vacuumed.
