− Muy poco mantenido por no decir nada de mantencion !! No vinieron a limpiar ni un día , nula relación precio calidad

8.0Excelente excelente la relacion precio calidad y su personal. Destacamos la atención de Analia muy atenta a resolver inconvenientes. Construcciones que tienen ya sus años donde se nota la fortaleza estructural de techos altos y ladrillos. No es un alojamiento de lujo ni moderno si se mantiene eso en mente no defrauda, al contrario supera expectativas.
− Deben mantener mejor el tiraje de algunos baños (corre poca agua en inodoro de planta baja), la bañadera del primer piso estaba tapada. Faltaban cucharas pequeñas y una cuchilla. Faltaban percheros para colgar abrigos y carteras. El estacionamiento no esta preparado para camionetas grandes no da el radio de giro cuando varios vehículos grandes se estacionan (un pasajero nos pidio a las 6AM que corrieramos nuestro vehículo para poder salir).

5.0El tamaño del apartamento esta muy bien y las instalaciones son buenas pero precisan de mantenimiento. El personal muy atento y se esfuerzan mucho.
− El baño del apartamento que ocupamos estaba muy caidos. La bañera tenia muchas manchas y manchones de oxido porque salto el enlozado. No estaba acorde al precio pagado y la categoria vendida. La pileta deberian pasarle el limpiafondo mas seguido porque estaba muy sucia el dia que llegamos.
