Very comfortable, clean and big rooms with incredible mountain view. Breakfast was fine and included everything that's needed. Looking forward to coming back again.
− We had to check in at the nearby Hotel Salzburger Hof, which is no problem at all but perhaps could be communicated more clearly before.

Location, room, staff and cleanliness
− Arrival was so confusing, did not say to go through Wild Bad reception to get to main one, so hard to find main reception. Super disappointed ALL restaurants/bars closed and not told in advance. Would help to supply a list of other places in town that were actually open. Picked this hotel as liked restaurants and bars so was super disappointed not told upfront.
