10.0We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Universal Lido Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Palma while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere by the beach. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurant staff were super attentive and friendly throughout our stay. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall ambiance was perfect for both relaxation and comfort. I highly recommend Universal Lido Park Hotel to anyone looking to have a relaxed holidays. I will definitely return on my next visit. Thank you to the entire team from Lido for making our stay so special!
