6.0La struttura è unica, posizione suggestiva e bella. Colazione veramente eccellente.
− Ho trovato la struttura un po’ stanca e non proprio curata come durante il mio soggiorno di qualche anno fa. Ho avuto alcuni problemi tecnici in stanza (termostato non funzionante, telefono non funzionante, televisione difettosa che si è accesa per ben 3 volte durante la notte) addirittura nell’avanti e indietro per sistemare questi problemi, qualcuno della manutenzione è entrato in stanza senza nemmeno bussare… ora non è esattamente il tipo di servizio che mi aspetto da un hotel come il JW Mariott..

Lovely hotel but some limitations
8.0All the hotel staff we encountered were very professional, friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and they left a lovely little cake for my husband's birthday, which was a nice gesture. The turn-down service in the evenings was appreciated. The hotel grounds were lovely too with a little seating area where you could watch the sun rise or set.
− Even though the hotel was lovely, for a short trip to Venice Im not sure I would stay on the island again. It meant our day revolved around boat shuttle times, which some people might not mind, but we found it restrictive. For a 5-star hotel, breakfast was OK. Tea was always 'warm' (not hot) which is a pet hate of mine and the options were a bit limited.
