Has potential, great location

Overall, the only thing this place has going for it is the location. It's in Alona, easy walk to the beach, and across from McDonald's. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. That's about it for the good. Towels didn't feel really clean. The bathroom felt like it never gets dry so everything stays moist. There's rust on the bars and you'll probably need to wear flip flops while showering. The bed sheets are ok but weren't changed until I asked (we stayed 5 nights). It's also very loud (next to a bar) but that comes with the territory. It has a good outside area to eat/drink but it doesn't seem maintained so you have to wipe down the seats yourself. Overall, it needs some work. It had potential given its location but for the price we paid, I'd probably skip it next time.
