− The outdoor “check-in” wasn’t cooperating for us, luckily a hotel person was able to come and assist.

− Na úklidu bych malinko zapracovala. Papírové rozetky špinavé..sklenice špatně umyté. Personálu chybí úsměv, otrávený výraz kazí dojem👎
