Hampton in Kenedy, close to the Texas Coast!

Excellent choice for family breakfast options. Served at 6am which for other locations and hotels, typically doesn't start until 7am for others. Also, this was close to the coast, south of Sequin, north of Beeville, and had half the rate for last minute Fri and Sat stay versus the other locations.
