The stuff is not very friendly. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner did not work. I asked the stuff to make it work. First they said that I shall open the window for fresh air. Then they said that I have to walk downstairs and ask for the remote control for a/c. The swimming pool is very small and is open for free only from 7 AM till 11 AM. There are other nicer hotels for the same price with better hours of the pool and sauna.

На ресепшене встречают два унылых чувака, которые от лени даже отказываются включить телевизор для просмотра Лиги чемпионов. Заставили прождать около 20 минут, в то время как сами делали ксерокопии всех страниц моего паспорта. Зачем это нужно – объяснить отказались. Понравился скромный аккуратный завтрак в утром в ресторане. В остальном всё хорошо.

Пользуюсь услугами данного отеля в третий раз. Исключительно для ночевки при проезде транзитом на автомобиле через Ростов. Завтраки хорошие. В номере есть всё необходимое, и даже больше.

The recetionists (all) were not friendly. The shower is not comfortable. I was charged for few hours of early arrival 50% night cost. I was charged for few hours of late check-out (4pm) additional 25% night cost.
