Property has an ideal location across from the beach. But unfortunately there is currently a high rise development directly beside the building and construction noise is constant and loud from early in the morning through to the evening. Street parking is a problem during working hours due to construction works. Underground parking is difficult in a full size sedan car depending on what parking is allocated to your apartment.

The property was well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The unit had been recently renovated beautifully with a wonderful view of the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
