Overall, pretty good value for money, but the soundproofing in the rooms is very poor.
7.0Convenient private parking, always able to find a parking space, even when returning late. Good location, city center is a 15-minute walk away, there are cozy taverns nearby for meals. The bathroom is clean and quite comfortable. Cozy balcony for sitting and drying beach clothes. Quite comfortable beds. Overall, pretty good value for money.
− The main thing that spoiled the overall good impression was the noise every night, which prevented us from good sleeping. The soundproofing was very poor - we could hear even someone opening a bottle on the floor below. Maybe it was a coincidence, but there were noisy neighbors. Almost every night the noise lasted until 4-5 am. We could not use the safe box because the previous guests had left it closed and the reception staff could not open it. The first two days we had problems with the air conditioner remote control - the air conditioner did not respond to it. The staff on duty in the evenings were not very helpful. Only when I caught the main staff on the morning of the third day - they solved this problem.
