La habitación fue de buenas dimensiones, buenos espacios y el personal de limpieza de las habitaciones amable.
− Para ser Morelia me sorprendió que no fueron tan cálidos en la recepción, en nuestra habitación el agua se salía por el cancel del baño después de usar la ducha, la televisión con muy poca cobertura, era con desayudo incluido y cuando bajamos a desayunar fue super discriminador, preferible pagar un poco más, pero poder disfrutar de todo el buffet a la vista.

− Sugiero revisar la regadera ya que la salida del agua estaba muy obstruida por sarro. Recomiendo incluir en su rutina de trabajo un programa de limpieza de sarro.

La habitación muy cómoda. Estaba limpia. Muy accesible y con buena ubicación.
− Hubo varios detalles. Lo primero es que al hacer la reserva de la habitación era para 3 personas y solo había dos toallas. Es entendible, pero al ir a la recepción a pedir la otra toalla, no tenian, nos dijeron que pasaria una persona a dejar la toalla mas tarde, cosa que nunca sucedió. En el desayuno "incluido" tienen una barra con platillos que no estan incluidos en el desayuno y llevan un costo adicional. El detalle es que si hay algo que vas a cobrar aparte, no lo pones exhibido sino en una carta, eso esta mal hecho. Y adicional, lo que dan de desayuno es una porcion extremadamente pequeña de chilaquiles y frijoles. Por ultimo, las habitaciones tienen televisión, pero no hay ningun canal disponible. En recepcion comentaron que tenian problemas con el proveedor de servicios.
