The room was hot as sin, had a fan and aircon never worked. Spring bed, old linen & Towels, water brown, took 10 min to heat up, no pressure. Breakfast on first morning terrible. Second morning much better. Asked for room with aircon and was moved. Much better than first impression I won't be returning.

Shabby and run down

This hotel is very run down. The rooms are shabby, the bathrooms are not very clean. Water comes out of the taps brown. The restaurant is halal so if you want a drink you have to go to the sports bar next door. The swimming g pool is empty with broken furniture around it. The whole experience was not pleasant I’m afraid.

Convenient, clean rooms.

Convenient to Indian river, Portsmouth. Thecrestaurant was ok, lots of menu choices, decent food, atmosphere a bit dated and austere. Rooms were large with wifi and cable. Ours had a kitchenette with instant coffee provided. No option for heated hair appliances to be plugged in and the wall outlets were odd but you could charge phone, iPad etc. There are several good beach bars nearby as well as gas stations. Breakfast with 3 options is free if you book directly. It starts at 8:30 am.

this was fine for a short stay at a budget rate. the location is safe and quiet and the place is clean, but there were no Covid protections in place. The studios have no phone to reception, toiletries and water are not replaced, and staff not particularly attentive. Not a single staff wore a mask except on request.
