7.0Great location: 5 min from Leidseplein, 10 form Rembrandtplein, 19 from Dam square. Daily housekeeping. Roby at the reception was very friendly and helped us with the suitcases

9.0Karmel was really helpful and singlehandedly made our experience positive at the hotel. He was attentive to all our issues and also helped with the heavy bag while moving rooms and check out.
− Rooms don't look like the photos in the listing, not sure which rooms those are but we saw three double rooms and none were like that.

4.0Die Lage war gut alles gut erreichbar
− Die Zimmer sind nicht so wie beschrieben wir hatten die Luxus Zimmer gebucht das Zimmer hatte nicht mal einen Schrank wo man hätte Kleidung ablegen oder hängen können geschweige einen Spiegel es war auch sehr laut und hellhörig die Gardinen Liesen sich nich zuschieben drum war es sehr hell in der Nacht

− The stairs were a little narrow, but i guess its part of the Amsterdam experience! No complaints there!
