2.0They have been breaching confidentiality by reporting stuff about what I've said and done to third parties and people that have nothing to do with the property. And then when I ask them about this they deny it.

2.0Would not try and save money to stay here again. The front desk people were rude and unhelpful. The metal bunks and plain walls makes you feel as if you're incarcerated. I would recommend to look elsewhere.

10.0On the first day out, our party got split up and the hostel helped us a ton with calls back and forth. Everyone from the staff was so nice and the place was wonderful and safe for kids.
