Quarto e ok.

− Ruído é cortina não fecha completamente. Ofereceram um transfer na reserva, não informaram que tem que agendar com mais de 24h. Na hora de reservar não tem mais transfer. Serviço péssimo, café péssimo, preços dentro do hotel são abusivos. Pedir um colher pra alimentar uma criança custou 25 reais e 30 minutos para reembolsar ao devolver. Você que busque, funcionários não levam. Limpeza só ocorre no horário de descanso (próximo a 18h). Adicionei minha filha em uma noite, ao custo de 270 reais por uma só noite, no café não havia seu nome, no acesso da piscina também não.

If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
