8.0Great malaysian breakfast and superb VfM considering the massive size of the room, the nice pool and big breakfast.
− Prior info about the parking would have been useful and is a great selling point for the hotel. They should make more of it.
Disappointing
4.0The bed was comfortable and they had family rooms with 3 beds
− Very tired, poorly maintained facilities. The ‘fitness suite’ was tiny and equipment very old and dirty. The pool is very small. People (I think staff??) had been smoking in the pool area toilets. The staff on reception were not welcoming. This is very basic accommodation which was overpriced for what you get.
