− Dirty, Cold...the heater didnt work and it was freezing cold, only tap for filling kettle was in bathroom, toilet was extremely small room, add says pool and garden view but galvanised fence surrounds pool, really dirty in room and in reception area. I will never go there again

1.0No breakfast provided... location was central
− Bathroom facilities disgraceful.. shower cubicle mouldy hence we did not use..drains backed up & gurgling after brushing teeth. Main bedroom ceiling leaking water during late night - early morning rains close to electric points, saturated into one suit case.
