MARAVILHOSO
9.0O atendimento foi realmente muito bom. Estava em Ronda comemorando meu aniversário e ao entregarem o quarto não gostei muito pois não era o que tinha visto nas fotos do Booking, entretanto me mudaram de quarto prontamente. No dia do meu aniversário (22/07) ganhei do restaurante (Gastrobar, bem perto do hotel e SUPER RECOMENDO) uma garrafa de vinho da região e ao chegar no notel abriram a garrafa e me ofereceram uma taça para aproveitar aina mais o momento. A localizaçã é outro ponto a parte. Fica muito próximo de atrações maravilhosas de Ronda o que me permitia fazer tudo a pé. A região é tranquila e era possível percorrer encantada pelas ruelas ou até mesmo no centro histórico mesmo tarde da noite.
− Na verdade não é que não gostei, pois entendo que se tratando de um edifício histórico algumas melhorias e conforto nem sempre são permitidos, mas o quarto que eu fiquei não tinha ar condicionado e fui em pleno verão andaluz... Mal terminava o banho (frio é claro) , já dava vontade de tomar outro...

− La suite aveva troppi spazi inutilizzabili. Piccole finestre con grate, sembrava mancare aria.

10.0Vi likte beliggenheten, størrelsen på rommet og badet og at det var i en gammel og helt unik stil. Veldig koselig sted å bo!!
− Vi hadde litt problemer med å få i gang aircondition, men fikk raskt hjelp av personalet til å fikse det

10.0Todo me gustó! Desde el primer contacto con Noelia, una atención amable y respetuosa. La habitación y resto del hotel de una limpieza impecable, decoración muy bonita, con detalles de buen gusto. La ubicación excelente y la disponibilidad de parkings cercanos para elegir. Lo recomiendo 100%
